What if my product is damaged during the delivery process?

The professional delivery and packaging staff at our firm makes sure to pack each and every product in a bubble wrap and a four-sided safe and secure carton. This makes sure that none of the products being delivered are damaged during the process. However, if you still receive a defected piece, you are eligible to return it or get it exchanged. What if I wanted to get my product delivered to another address?

If you are looking forward to getting the package delivered to another address, you just need to drop in a message before the order has been dispatched. Our delivery department makes sure to deliver your parcel to the new address you provided โ€“ regardless that your purchase address was different.

How long till my order is dispatched and I receive it on my doorstep?

At Double Tribal, we make all possible efforts to deliver your products to your doorstep ASAP! We dispatch your products within a day or two from the placement of order, and use express post to deliver the orders to our customers. If the order is made from outside of California, it might take up to 4 to 6 working days for the package to arrive. For orders within California, it takes about 1 to 3 days for the order to reach you. Moreover, we use the EMS, ups or fedex Express Post in order to provide our customers with a tracking number โ€“ through which they can stay updated with the process progress!

Which languages do you provide customer service in?

Our efficient customer service team provides service in English, but make sure to deliver all the remedies effectively, in order to make sure that all our customers are provided with answers to the best of our knowledge.

Return and Exchange Policy

We make sure to provide our valued customers with an exchange and return on all the defective products. The return can be made within 2 days of the delivery arrival and Double Tribal will be responsible for bearing the shipping costs in the process. The defective items can be sent back to the customer service team, and we will make sure to send back a faultless item to your doorstep ASAP. Note, the return and exchange policy is applicable for defective products ONLY!
